Fall team building FAQ
Can I make any of these fall team building activities virtual?
We have plenty of fall-themed team building activities that work great for remote and hybrid teams! We’re happy to accommodate whenever we can. That said, some of our October team building activities—think pumpkin catapulting—just don’t translate well to a virtual format.
Why is fall the perfect time for team building?
There’s just something about fall that brings people together—maybe it’s the cooler weather, the changing leaves, or the holidays on the horizon. Or perhaps it’s just finding an excuse for cider, pumpkins, and fall team building activities in the office before the year-end rush!
What if we have rain during an outdoor event?
All of our fall games for work are rain or shine—we’re committed either way. We know fall weather can be unpredictable, and we’ll adjust if needed.
