TeamBonding has earned a spot on Inc. Magazine’s 5000 list, the most prestigious ranking of the nation’s fastest-growing private companies. Ranked at 4516, this marks the sixth time TeamBonding has been named to the reputable and exclusive list.

This list provides a unique look at the most successful small businesses and privately-owned companies in the U.S. and how they reached their lofty goals. The annual Inc. 5000 company event honoring the companies on the list will be held virtually from October 23 to 27, 2020. As always, speakers will include some of the greatest innovators and business leaders of our generation.

This year was tougher than usual, and the list as a whole shows staggering growth compared with prior lists, which is all the more reason that TeamBonding is honored by this special recognition. While circumstances continue to make the event industry difficult in gathering, the Inc. 5000 Conference & Gala, INC 5000 company has decided to host a virtual week-long streaming event in honor of the companies named beginning on October 19.

Following the current status of the pandemic, TeamBonding has pivoted quickly and was one, if not the first company to fully launch and execute 20+ virtual programs within the first couple of weeks of the work from home order. After successfully launching over 44 virtual and hybrid events and an international team building podcast since March, TeamBonding has high hopes for the return of in-person event bookings and since implemented policies and safety precautions with their Safe Event Guidelines to follow CDC guidelines so companies can continue to focus on building their teams. With over 100 customizable corporate team building activities either online, in-person, or a hybrid of both, the company strives to ensure all events run smoothly and safely.

The top 500 companies are also being featured in the September issue of Inc., available on newsstands August 12.

This isn’t the first time TeamBonding gained their first national exposure as honorees on the Inc. 5000. In 2015, TeamBonding was also named in the INC 5000 for the 5th time after 48% growth at the time for inc fastest-growing companies and has been in business for over two decades.

Just last year in 2019, TeamBonding announced its partnership with Catalyst Global, an international network of 47 team building partners spanning 90 countries. TeamBonding and Catalyst Global were both established over 25 years ago and have been leaders in the team building industry since. This partnership allowed for the availability of team building resources, technology, services, and events to be facilitated worldwide – making TeamBonding internationally known.

Methodology
The Inc. 5000 2020 is ranked according to percentage revenue growth when comparing 2016 and 2019. To qualify, companies must have been founded and generating revenue by March 31, 2016. They had to be U.S.-based, privately held, for-profit, and independent—not subsidiaries or divisions of other companies—as of December 31, 2019. (Since then, a number of companies on the list have gone public or been acquired.) The minimum revenue required for 2016 is $100,000; the minimum for 2019 is $2 million. As always, Inc. reserves the right to decline applicants for subjective reasons. Companies on the Inc. 500 are featured in Inc.’s September issue. They represent the top tier of the Inc. 5000, which can be found at www.inc.com/inc5000.
