Sales Coordinator (Full Time)

TeamBonding – Stoughton, MA

The Sales Coordinator will report to the Director of Sales. A successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and cultivating daily sales lead development, and customer relationships as well as gaining insight into the promotion of TeamBonding business activities, while also acting as a contact for sales related inquiries and database management. The position will be integral in weekly Sales meetings with senior staff, providing valuable insight and assisting in strategic sales positioning and planning.

The Sales Coordinator will often times be the first point of direct contact with prospective customers, therefore candidates should have a pleasant telephone voice, professional demeanor, and exercise good decision making in all dealings. Due to the high-volume of inquiries, this position will work diligently to generate new relationships, and turn existing customers into repeat customers. Initially, the position will be responsible for managing and organizing leads into a centralized database system for accurate reporting to senior staff, ensuring accuracy in both reporting and uniformity of structure. Expectations will be for this position to obtain an enhanced knowledge of the company’s products and services, as well as best practices for optimal sales positioning, with a successful candidate being a member of the sales team and process lower volume deals, building a book of business along the way.

The Sales Coordinator should be a highly motivated, self-starter with an energetic personality, having the ability to hit the ground running and really own the position and responsibilities. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree, one (1) to three (3) years of experience working in a customer oriented sales environment. Desired skills include experience working with a recognized customer relationship management (CRM) software system; automated proposal generation tools; excellent organization skills; the innate ability to multi-task and prioritize time; and the ability to respond to tight deadlines.

Marketing Coordinator (Part Time, 15-20hrs, Starting May 2015)

TeamBonding – Stoughton, MA

The Marketing Coordinator will report to the Director of Marketing. A successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the company’s growing sales and marketing efforts. This will include writing and coordinating the development of internal and external assets, as well as assisting in the uniformity of communication between internal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Communication development with external parties, including development of e-book(s), webinars, trade and promotional events, blog content, etc;
  • Edit, copy, and review of marketing materials, as necessary;
  • Organization of sales and marketing assets so they can be easily found and shared;
  • Management and engagement with social media channels and spreading the company position through the same;
  • Updating the company blog and/or website content, as needed;
  • Project presentations to senior staff, and other company stakeholders, as needed
  • Other special projects, as needed.

Requirements

  • Ability to work 15 to 20 hours per week;
  • Excellent English skills, verbal and written;
  • Pursuing a degree in marketing, communications, public relations or English;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, WordPress, Hubspot;
  • Ability to work well with cross-functional teams;
  • Ability to work with, or interest in learning, basic HTML skills;
  • Ability to prioritize time, and respond to impending deadlines.

Scavenger Hunt Writer/Facilitator

Our app has been developed with ‘events’ in mind and customer experience is paramount. We haven’t just used technology for technology’s sake, it has enabled us to create an event that gives us a more interactive team building experience

Our app has exciting features which bring the game to life:

Event Planning Winter/Spring Internship | Part-Time

We believe in internships and share our experience with students from all over the world.  Our founder interned all throughout college and understands the needs of today’s college students to gain valuable experience before coming into the job market.  We have created valuable learning experiences that are fun, interactive and hands-on.  This past summer one of our interns from Curry College stepped in as a paid Jr. Event Manager to help out during a maternity leave.

You are a current student who has a knack for Event Planning, Team Building and the Arts.

You are  energetic, enthusiastic, organized and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

You are available to start working in the fall. Having access to a car would be preferable.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Directly working and collaborating with the Director of Corporate Events
