This tasty team building event encourages creativity, cooperation, experimentation and friendly competition in a whole new way. After your group enjoys red and white wine tastings, they get to blend their own fresh Sangria.

Unwined with a team building wine tasting

Whether you’re a wine connoisseur or just in it for the fun, this interactive experience has something for everyone. It all kicks off with a warm welcome from your expert sommelier, who’ll serve up wine knowledge in a fun, approachable way. Sip and swirl your way through a tasting of red and white wines as you sharpen your tasting skills.

Next, your group splits into teams and the real fun begins! Each team becomes a “fantasy winery” competing for sangria stardom. After a quick dive into the history of sangria, you’ll test your knowledge with a lively trivia contest—get ready to laugh and learn.

Then it’s off to the marketplace! Teams send reps to gather fresh fruit, spices, and secret ingredients to craft their signature sangria. While the mixologists go to work, the creative crew designs a winery name, logo, and marketing campaign—complete with jingles or mini-commercials to impress the judges.

Finally, it’s showtime! Teams present their blends and marketing genius as judges choose winners in three spirited categories: Best Tasting Sangria, Best Marketing Campaign, and Trivia Champions. It’s the perfect blend of competition, creativity, and connection—cheers to that!

We recommend combining this program with our Salsa Showdown group cooking class. Or add guacamole and chips and/or margaritas, and turn your event into a Mexican Fiesta. Lots of really good options.

This wine tour-inspired challenge encourages creativity, teamwork, and connection in a relaxed, enjoyable atmosphere. As your team blends ingredients, designs labels, and competes for the best sangria, they’ll strengthen collaboration and communication—all while having fun.

That’s no problem! While this event centers on wine, TeamBonding offers plenty of other options that don’t include alcohol. If you’d like a similar format with mocktails, our Team Mixology experience can include both regular and nonalcoholic spirits.

Absolutely! We can tailor your corporate wine tasting with themed challenges, custom branding, or company trivia. Whether you’re celebrating a milestone or rewarding your team, the experience will be perfectly suited to your goals.

Most wine tasting team building activities run for about two hours, but the schedule is flexible. We can adjust the pace to match your event format—whether it’s a quick afternoon break or an evening celebration.
