The Chocolate Challenge
Described as the most delicious TeamBonding experience possible, the Chocolate Challenge is the most competitive and hilarious team building activity. When you build your chocolate bridge, judging is based upon creativity, team participation, team spirit, vigor and durability of the structure.
Chocolate + team building = the best thing since peanut butter met jelly.
Team building experiences for businesses both big and small can lead to better communication and more effective teamwork. Throw chocolate into the mix, and you’ve got a fun and delicious event!
The Chocolate Challenge is a series of chocolate team building events that were originally created for Verizon when they were meeting at the Hotel Hershey in Hershey, PA, and has since been used by hundreds of organizations including Godiva to build morale among co-workers, increase communication and innovation, and strengthen working relationships. Teams design and build bridges made of chocolate! This is a team exercise in edible engineering.
This is a super sweet way to energize a sales conference or retreat, or to simply reward your group for a job well done. The benefits in productivity will last long after the last chocolate has vanished! Want to have more chocolate fun?! Check out our Team Chocolatier Corporate Team Building Baking Challenge.

The entire team just LOVED the Chocolate Company Challenge ! It’s been fun, relaxing, entertaining, and very informative too it’s a real pleasure to work with Team Bonding as we know we won’t be disappointed ! Thank you very much for helping me setting this out, it once again helped build the relationship of our team.
The team with TeamBonding was friendly, enthusiastic and very entertaining. The entire process from securing TeamBonding to the completion of the actual events went smoothly and without a hitch. The Chocolate Challenge was hysterical, fun, messy and your really had to trust your team members - which was one of our key objectives for our offsite event. I strongly recommend TeamBonding for any company team building event!!
I would highly recommend TeamBonding for your next team building event!! My employees loved it!! Everyone participated and our event hosts did a fantastic job!! It was such a success and exceeded my expectations!! Thank you TeamBonding!!
I was a bit skeptical at first about this "team bonding" not thinking my Type A Board would embrace the chocolate bridge building. Boy was I wrong! They rose to the challenge and enjoyed working together and a good natured competition! Derek was our facilitator and was great! Funny, engaging and knew how to get the crowd involved. This was a great experience!
