Investing in your company’s key players can bring real improvements that benefit everyone across the organization. This event uses the proven powers of gamification to keep even your busiest, most distracted leaders engaged.
Once your group is divided into teams, each team chooses its own board game-style character. As players make their way through the game, they face a series of challenges based around instructive business challenge scenarios. Teams consider each scenario, then work together to agree on a best course of action. The goal is to earn game points by making the best possible decision.
Players have to think about each story separately, reading between the lines for clues to deeper meaning. They must visualize the context, use their experience to weigh the pros and cons, then choose the most appropriate action. By weighing a variety of approaches to problem solving, each player can learn more about his or her own leadership style, including its impact on team climate and overall results.
Leadership Stories is an entertaining tool that can really improve your leadership’s ability to inspire, engage and motivate the whole team.
