A team building bake-off of epic proportions
In this tasty cooking challenge, small teams work together to create mouth-watering delicacies. Once complete, all of the tempting creations will be showcased on a Grand Buffet. Everyone then gets to sample each creation. Then in come the judges. Only one team will savor the sweet taste of success, but everyone comes away a winner.
The fun begins right away as you give yourselves team names, then collaborate to create unique team cheers. This in itself can be quite hilarious, helping to set a tone of friendly, upbeat competition for the rest of this delectable experience. Next, collaboration will be one of the main ingredients for creating desserts that look every bit as delicious as they taste. The presentation and sampling phase of the event is highly engaging, even before the sugar rush kicks in.
We wrap things up with a short debrief where teams come back together to share what they’ve learned from their time in the kitchen. Inevitably, the connections and camaraderie fostered during this event help lead to better teamwork on the job. And that just may be the sweetest part of all.
Remember, “stressed” spelled backwards is “desserts.” Just saying.
Space requirement

Each team needs a table large enough for dessert preparation. You’ll want a room large enough to comfortably accommodate all the tables. Very large events can be done in either a ballroom or outdoors. 20 sq ft per participant is a good rule of thumb.
