Donate clubfoot braces, brighten a child's future

In this unforgettable, purpose-driven event, your team will help children born with clubfoot, a common congenital foot deformity affecting thousands each year. Many of these children lack access to the treatment they need. Your team can help change that by assembling and decorating foot braces for kids around the globe.

This hands-on team building experience is more than just fun—it’s a powerful way to connect, learn, and give back. Teams participate in thoughtful challenges that highlight the physical, emotional, and cultural impact of clubfoot. Then, they decorate special boots that attach to a custom bar-and-plate system, which helps support recovery and mobility.

Each decorated foot brace is paired with a handwritten note of encouragement, turning your team’s effort into a lasting message of hope. Plus, when the original recipient outgrows the brace, it’s re-donated to another child, extending the impact even further.

Whether you’re celebrating World Clubfoot Day or simply looking for a purpose-driven event, this experience offers real support for clubfoot in children. Your team will leave inspired, united, and proud to help kids take their first steps toward a brighter future.

Clubfoot Brace Assembly Event FAQ

What is clubfoot?

Clubfoot is a common birth condition where a baby’s foot is twisted out of shape or position. Without treatment, it can cause mobility issues. A clubfoot brace helps correct alignment so children can walk, run, and play normally.

How does a clubfoot brace work?

A clubfoot brace, sometimes called a feet brace, uses boots connected by an adjustable bar to hold a child’s feet in the correct position. This prevents relapse after treatment and supports proper growth.

What is brace building?

Brace building is assembling and decorating clubfoot braces for donation to children in need. Participants attach the boots to an adjustable bar, then decorate them with creative designs to bring joy and encouragement.

Who benefits from clubfoot brace donations?

This program provides support for clubfoot in children in underserved communities. Braces are donated to help kids gain mobility, independence, and a better quality of life.

When is World Clubfoot Day?

World Clubfoot Day is observed on June 3 each year. It raises awareness about clubfoot and honors Dr. Ignacio Ponseti, creator of the Ponseti method for non-surgical treatment.

Do you need special skills to assemble a clubfoot brace?

No special skills are required. Facilitators guide participants step-by-step through the clubfoot brace assembly and decoration, making it easy, fun, and collaborative for all skill levels.

What happens to the feet braces after the event?

Completed feet braces are quality-checked, packaged with a note of encouragement, and sent to charity partners. Once a child outgrows the boots, they can be re-donated to another child in need.
