By: Lauren Adams   |   April 26, 2014

The Merriam-Webster dictionary defines esprit de corps as “the common spirit existing in the members of a group and inspiring enthusiasm, devotion, and strong regard for the honor of the group.”Commonly used to describe the morale of a unit, task force or military group, esprit de corps can apply to any group of individuals that must successfully work together to function. How can you and your group achieve a feeling of high morale?

Strengthen Your Esprit de Corps

There’s a saying that “those who play together, stay together” and at TeamBonding we have PROOF that this is true.

ComedySportz and TeamProv are designed in a way that allows your group to play together while learning transferable skills to use as a team. Your esprit de corps will be renewed, and you might find yourself wondering why you hadn’t thought of using improv workshops in the workplace earlier.

What was your favorite non-work related activity that you participated in with your company?
