Teams must react quickly, adapt their strategies, and decide when to buy, sell, or hold in a game where agility is everything. Throughout the game, players participate in mini challenges like exercise and stretch breaks, gratitude exercises, and mindfulness moments that not only support well-being but also give their relevant stocks a bonus boost.
