Your success – as a team, and as a company – are directly influenced by your ability to innovate effectively. This virtual team building activity is a great step toward developing a sustainable culture of creative problem solving and innovation.
Participants are split into teams, and must come together to generate innovative new ideas. They focus and refine their individual ideas until they’re ready for presentation to the rest of the team in 90-second elevator pitches. Teams then decide on their strongest innovation, with everyone collaborating to work on their master pitch. They deliver these final pitches to a panel of judges in a Shark Tank-style finale.
This fun and beneficial team building event is designed to get everyone openly talking, brainstorming, sharing and innovating. As a virtual event, it can be played anywhere in the world – even among teams spread across multiple time zones.
Space requirement

Each participant needs a computer with webcam, microphone and stable internet connection. This program is typically presented via Zoom. If you prefer another video conferencing platform, just let us know.
