A songwriting team building experience that hits all the right notes
From Broadway to Motown to Nashville, songwriting has always been a collaborative effort among multiple writers—much like the teamwork needed to run a successful organization. In this songwriting group activity, your team will work with an expert songwriter to compose a customized song that tells your story.
In Team Songwriting Experience, your team will start off with a music ice breaker and then jump into crafting your customized song. Once you’ve created a tune, your audience will help perform the song(s) they contributed to creating! Whether in a “SONG SLAM” songwriting competition with smaller sub-teams or as one unified group in our “Collaboration Keynotes,” there will be an unforgettable finale that will have participants talking for years.
No musical ability is required to participate, but participants should be prepared to find their voice and contribute more creatively than in most corporate music events. By the end of the session, attendees will leave with a deeper understanding of active listening, creativity, teamwork, and collaboration. If you enjoy music and creative problem-solving, you’ll love this musical game for adults.
