Mobilize your team with disability awareness activities

Make a difference with your team in our Charitable CSR event, Rollator Walker Build dedicated to providing rolling walkers for seniors, veterans, or individuals with mobility challenges.

As part of a generous custom donation, participants assemble brand new rollators alongside essential items, packed in decorated bags. Teams tackle challenges to earn coins redeemable for their rolling walker parts and supplies, fostering teamwork and resourcefulness. Safety checks ensure the functionality of completed rollators, leading teams through an empathy building accessibility course. Teams then create lively presentations, pitching their rollators by highlighting and sharing what makes them special.

By lending a hand to fellow teams, the Rollator Walker Build allows participants to ensure unity and support for those in need, while sparking community involvement and a sense of accomplishment.

Let’s build unity, mobility, and smiles!

Space requirement
  • resizer

Large, open space – ballroom, conference room, field or parking lot. Minimum 2,000 sq. ft. space, indoors or outside. We recommend 20 sq ft per person for this program. A microphone and speaker is required for groups larger than 50 people.

Tailoring
  • wrench

This activity includes a debrief by a trained facilitator. The debrief focuses on linking the activity with your important work back at the office. The Rollator Build debrief helps you to leverage the power of purpose back at work, discover team and individual strengths and link your performance with contributing successfully as a team. Portions of the debrief can be customized for your group goals.
