Lend a helping hand! Events to help those in need

When times are hard, we rely on helping hands to create a network of support. This engaging program offers tangible assistance while strengthening the group dynamics within your own team. Remember – a team that gives together grows together.

Teams will be assembling care packages, complete with a personalized note to the recipient. These kits can contain first-aid essentials, survival gear, weather gear, hand warmers, blankets, sunblock, socks, personal hygiene products, and more.

Of course, there’s more to it than that. First, they must work in breakout teams to solve a series of fun challenges to earn the items for their kits. Success in these challenges requires communication, trust, innovation, creativity, analytical thinking, and risk-taking. 

This is a fantastic activity for helping others while learning valuable ways to continue giving back long after your event is over. Whether you are donating to a homeless shelter or towards disaster relief, your gift will make a big impact. And if your organization isn’t already aligned with a local charity, we’re happy to help make it happen.

    • 7 rectangular tables (6’ or 8’) with a chair at each one
    • Hookup for an iPod and speakers
    • One handheld wireless microphone (if about 50 or more participants)
    • Additional needs depending on group size
