More Than Just Breaking a Board: A Transformational Experience
Our Board Breaking experience is not just about splitting a piece of wood; it’s about breaking through barriers. This exhilarating and transformative process guides participants on a journey of deep insight and impactful results. In this program, the act of breaking a board symbolizes overcoming the obstacles that hold you back, empowering you to elevate both your personal and professional life. Through -facilitator-led discussion, participants identify an insecurity they want to move away from and a goal they want to achieve. The objective is to help overcome the fear of failure, procrastination, fear of rejection, fear of success, perfectionism, or any other barrier standing in the way of greater success.
Each participant will receive a board to break which serves as a metaphor for whatever obstacles or barriers we’ve placed in our paths and the act of breaking through them to move toward achieving their goal. Using either a hand or a foot, all participants will break through their boards by the time the session is over.
