Nothing beats the excitement of building boats and testing them on actual water with our Build-A-Boat team building event! Milwaukee’s lakefront location makes this program and the city’s coastal culture shine bright.

That said, you’ll want to consider the seasons when you’re planning team building events. Milwaukee has pretty agreeable weather compared to some other cities, but it can change in an instant, and it always pays to prepare. 

Spring (March-May)

Spring in Milwaukee means mild temperatures and blooming parks. It’s perfect for:

• Lakefront team challenges without the summer crowds 
• Walking tours and city exploration in downtown Milwaukee

• Sugar Maple: Great spot for casual group dinners. It has a spacious layout and supports local brewers and distillers, so it has some of the best beers, spirits, and kombuchas in the country. 

• Best Place at the Historic Pabst Brewery: It’s a mouthful, but this is more of a destination than a restaurant—it’s the former corporate headquarters of the Pabst Brewing Company and home to tons of great public taverns and pubs. 

• Classic Slice: This spot is great for fun, casual group dinners. It serves oversized, super-satisfying pizzas that are literally made for sharing.

Okay, I’ll stop at three before I get carried away. I could write an entire article about the best spots to eat in Milwaukee, but that’s been done, and it’s not what you came here for!
