It all starts with the Companion Planting Challenge, an engaging game that demonstrates which plants thrive best when grown side by side. It’s a fun and educational way to kick off your team’s journey.
Next, your group will roll up their sleeves and dive into one of the most rewarding gardening activities for adults: building raised garden beds. With teamwork, problem-solving, and a little elbow grease, your team will bring their planters to life.
Once the beds are built, the creative fun begins. Teams personalize their planters with artwork, custom designs, and messages that reflect your company’s values and team spirit. This is where garden activities meet self-expression.
Using their new gardening knowledge, teams then select seed pairings designed to support healthy, sustainable growth. These beautifully built and decorated planters, along with the seeds, are donated to local schools, food banks, or community gardens—supporting wellness, education, and food security.
