Your group will have loads of fun as they learn the secrets behind the most classic pasta and sauce recipes. Working virtually, they’ll collaborate in a hands-on team building experience that emphasizes positive teamwork and communication.
One of our classically-trained chefs will teach you how to prepare authentic ribbons of handmade fettuccine with rich meat Ragu sauce finished with fresh basil, or a delicious and versatile homemade ravioli dressed in a classic butter sage sauce.
This team building event is at once relaxing and invigorating – a great combination for fostering new connections. Beyond the valuable culinary tips and tricks, participants also learn fascinating pasta history, with a bit of trivia thrown in for spice. Yum.
Once your event is scheduled, we’ll provide a small shopping list and suggest the kitchen tools each participant should have on hand. Many of our clients have had everybody order online, so the supplies can be delivered directly to their homes in advance of the class.
