It’s that time of year again! TeamBonding will be heading to IMEX America, held in Las Vegas from October 12-15.

IMEX America is an amazing experience that features the largest hosted buyer program in North America and attracts thousands of meeting planners from the U.S. and around the world. It’s all about networking, sharing ideas and driving business. Certainly an opportunity that TeamBonding does not want to miss out on!

Who will be in attendance?

TeamBonding plans to be at IMEX America to learn, network and expose ourselves to potential partners.

Wendy Goldstein, our Meeting Planner, along with Veronika Olah and Michelle Beyda, two of our experienced program facilitators, will all be attending. They will be representing TeamBonding at the Boston booth along with 19 other Boston based businesses. You can catch our attendees wearing spirit shirts that will have “TeamBonding” on the back, so you wont miss them!

Wendy will there Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, taking appointments from 10-4 pm. Veronika and Michelle will be there Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, networking and blogging. Monday the 12th is a unique day titled “Smart Monday.” What better way to kick off this event than with a day full of networking, education and exciting events?

Making appointments.

The IMEX appointment system is unique, giving buyers complete choice over their appointments and contains an integrated messaging service. It is a buyer-led system – buyers make appointments with exhibitors (not the other way around). For exhibitors this means that they are guaranteed to meet with buyers who have a specific interest in their destination or product. (imexamerica.com)

To make an appointment, you must be registered for IMEX America to then have access to your personal online schedule. From here you can search buyers using the IMEX America online Exhibitor Directory. Once you’ve found one you’re interested in, you can make an appointment. When the appointment gets confirmed you’ll then be able to send messages back and forth to the exhibitor to stay connected.
