“Run” – OneRepublic

OneRepublic is an American pop rock band from Colorado Springs, Colorado. It consists of lead vocalist and multi-instrumentalist Ryan Tedder, guitarist Zach Filkins, guitarist Drew Brown, bassist and cellist Brent Kutzle, drummer Eddie Fisher, and keyboardist Brian Willett. They have had many hit songs since the start of their band in 2002, including the Grammy Nominated song “Apologize.” The band released their new single “Run” in May 2021. The recent release is a song about never giving up, and shutting down any negativity that brings you down. This is an important lesson for everyday life and a reminder to always keep going despite difficult circumstances.
