The Charity Bike Build. It’s one of those programs where you can actually see the impact as it happens — teams work together, have fun, and then surprise kids with bikes. You can’t beat that combination of purpose and play.
Leslie Knope from Parks and Recreation. Her enthusiasm could power a small city, and she’d have every project perfectly color-coded before the kickoff meeting even started.
A fully loaded Kindle, a solar charger (because I’m not about to run out of battery mid-chapter), and a hammock. That’s all I need to survive — and stay sane.
“My Shot” from Hamilton. I’m basically Hamilton — relentless, creative, and always chasing the next big idea. But I’ll admit, I could probably stand to be a little more like Burr sometimes and wait for it.
Egypt. Still at the top of my list — I’ve made it a tradition to leave the country at least once a year, and exploring the history and energy of Egypt would be unforgettable.
Tacos. You can reinvent them endlessly, and they somehow fit every mood — casual, fancy, comfort, or celebration.
Teleportation, hands down. I’d visit family, explore new countries, and skip airport security forever. That’s living the dream.
Maya Angelou, Cleopatra, and Anthony Bourdain. We’d share mezze and flatbreads — something simple that keeps the focus on the stories, which I’m sure would be incredible.
