I love that every day is about bringing people together in ways that are creative, purposeful, and fun. It’s really rewarding knowing the work we do helps teams connect on a deeper level to ultimately make their own work more successful, and in many cases to enable them to give back to their communities at the same time.
All of TeamBonding’s charity team building events are my favorites. I’ve seen firsthand how powerful it is when teams step outside of their usual routines and work together to create something meaningful for others. If I’m really forced to pick one event as my favorite, it has to be Mission ImPAWssible: Dog Wheelchair Build. As a dog mom myself, this event feels extra special.
Ted Lasso. His optimism, empathy, and ability to bring out the best in people is exactly the kind of energy that makes teams stronger. Plus, his mix of humor and heart feels right at home with TeamBonding.
I’d bring an endless supply of fresh water, a great soundtrack of classic rock to keep me going, and my dog to keep me company with her goofy antics.
“We Built This City” by Starship! Swap “city” for “brand” and it’s basically a marketer’s anthem.
I’ve been to 40 countries and 35 U.S. states so far. Truly, there’s nowhere I wouldn’t want to explore. New Zealand, Madagascar and the Galapagos Islands are at the top of my bucket list.
Eggs! A psychic once told me, without any prompting, “Stop with the eggs!”
