I love sharing unique culinary events with our participants. My favorite moment is watching faces light up when guests walk into the room and see perfect miniature kitchens or organic blocks of ice waiting for them.
TeamCuisine is such a fun and satisfying event. Each team is tasked with preparing a component of the group’s dinner. All the parts come together to create a beautiful and delicious buffet dinner. Teams always have a great time chatting, prepping, cooking and plating their creations. I also like to think that everyone leaves knowing a little more about food than when they arrived.
Remy the famous tiny chef from Ratatouille. He is so inspiring and has such a passion for his food. He is famous for saying “Anyone Can Cook”
I once traveled to Anchorage Alaska to facilitate our ice carving event in the middle of winter. Our participants were thrilled but the hardest part was sourcing the blocks of ice there – Who would have thought.
