A team building school supply drive
School supplies can be a big burden—especially for middle and high school students and their teachers. Tools for Schools turns giving back into a hands-on, high-energy team experience that helps local classrooms thrive.
This isn’t your average donation drive. Your team will jump into a series of fun, fast-paced challenges that boost teamwork, communication, and problem-solving. The better you work together, the more supplies you unlock!
Then it’s time to bring it all home—literally. Your team will choose how to give back: pack backpacks full of essentials for students or fill up bins with classroom supplies for teachers. Either way, you’ll see the impact of your efforts right in front of you.
Even better? All materials are purchased from a nonprofit that supports education, so your impact goes even further!
It’s a win for your team, a win for students, and a win for the community. Ready to make an impact?
Space requirement
-
This charitable team building activity works well in nearly any large indoor space. You’ll want a round table with chairs for each team of 6-8 people, plus space within the room for participants to move around freely. You’ll also want a few large rectangular tables at the front of the room to hold all the school supplies.
Tailoring
-
We can easily adjust the length and complexity of this activity to fit your specific needs. We’ll provide the backpacks and everything you need to fill them, but you’re welcome to add items if your group is looking to invest even more. We’ll be happy to coordinate with a specific charity if you already have one in mind, or we can suggest one. We can also incorporate specific company messaging into the event. Just let us know what you have in mind.
