Paint a giant collaborative mural
The Big Picture™ is a collaborative art and team building experience that transforms individual contributions into a stunning collective masterpiece. In this creative team building activity, participants are divided into small teams, with each group responsible for painting a section of a much larger image. At first, teams only see their own piece of the puzzle, requiring communication, collaboration, attention to detail, and trust to ensure every line, color, and design element connects seamlessly.
As teams work together, they discover how individual efforts contribute to a shared vision—making The Big Picture™ a powerful metaphor for workplace teamwork, company culture, and organizational success.
The final artwork can be customized to reflect your company’s brand, mission, values, strategic goals, conference theme, product launch, corporate anniversary, or a meaningful visual representation of your team’s journey. Whether you’re reinforcing company culture, celebrating a milestone, or energizing an offsite meeting, this interactive team building event creates a lasting impact.
The excitement builds as the completed canvas is assembled and unveiled for the first time, revealing a breathtaking work of art that no single team could have created alone. The result is often met with applause, laughter, and a renewed sense of connection.
Best of all, the finished masterpiece can be displayed in your office, headquarters, or workspace as a lasting reminder of what can be accomplished through communication, creativity, collaboration, and teamwork.
