What Is Remote Support?

If you are looking for additional technical support during the event so that you don’t have to sit by the computer yourself then this is the option for you! Although you’ll still have to do the event introduction and wrap-up yourself, you will have the remote support of a Game Master who will be available for a 3-hour window during your hunt. The Game Master will keep teams engaged through in-app messaging and will also be responsible for releasing bonus challenges along the way. Additionally, teams will be able to contact the Game Master directly if they have any questions or need help. At the end of your hunt, the Game Master will create a photo/video presentation for you and share the link for you to use during your slideshow wrap-up!

Play on your own mobile devices

Our self-run mobile scavenger hunts are played on your own smart devices…and without the addition of our events team. Meaning you can book them at a fraction of the price – perfect for when budgets are tight! When you’ve selected a venue/location one of our event managers will send you all the information you need to get set up on the day of your activity. If you choose Remote Support, they’ll also be available over the phone during your event in case you get stuck, have any questions or experience technical issues. So you don’t need to worry about trying to organize a technology-based event all by yourself.

Create your own scavenger hunt

Guided with a live map of the location of your choice, you’ll seek out. Featuring a variety of fun and engaging content such as multiple choice questions, video challenges, timed questions, music to identify plus a whole lot more – our self-managed event never gets boring!

Each team simply downloads the iPhone or Android app from the app store onto their mobile device. You'll scan a special code to be put into the game!

On Your Mark, Get Set, Go!

Teams will complete challenges throughout the scavenger hunt area by taking photos, videos and completing challenges.

It's all about having fun and bonding as a team. Each team can move at their own pace as they complete the challenges.

Each team will be prompted to take photos and videos of themselves completing challenges that will be uploaded via the app.

All of our hunts are custom crafted for each city we run them in. We can customize the adventure to your team goals.

Our Mobile Go Team Adventure package highlights:

Your city scavenger hunt includes a series of questions, challenges and wacky tasks inspired by local trivia, photos, sports personalities, and bands. Want to customize your event? You’ll be contacted by an off-site event manager who will customize up to 10 of your own photos, trivia questions, and challenges. Have everyone on your team download the app on game day, and go to town. Running scores are posted in real time throughout your event, so the excitement stays high.

Once time runs out, everyone can regroup and kick back while downloading photos and videos for the hilarious awards presentation. It’s a fabulous opportunity for bonding and building your team.
