She has a passion for creating meaningful experiences that foster collaboration and growth. Since 2007, Missy has designed and facilitated corporate team building programs as an independent contractor, bringing her expertise in event planning, coordinating, and marketing. She has organized and hosted several high-profile events for a large estate and community gatherings, reaching hundreds of attendees. Missy holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication from Western Illinois University and is dedicated to helping teams build stronger connections through engaging activities.
