Cinco de Mayo Margaritas & Salsa!

Coming to you highly recommended from our Catalyst partners in Mexico is Bernardo and Sergio. Here to celebrate Cinco de Mayo with us, Sergio a respected Mixologist, and Bernardo, a well-renowned Chef who will show us how to make festive, authentic Mexican Margaritas and Salsa!

Ingredients:
Salsa ingredients:
4: roma tomatoes
1 : onion
3: jalapeño peppers
2 garlic gloves
5 strings of cilantro
1 lime
1 avocado
1 pz of queso fresco
1 package of nacho chips/tostitos/ pork rinds

Margarita:
1.5oz silver tequila
1.5oz Mexican lime juice (or orange juice, optional)
Salt (to taste) (Falksalt Salt Crystals Infused with Salt)
Mexican Lime
Orange Oil (Lorann Orange Oil)
Fruit juice (optional)
Dehydrated Orange Slice (Jansan Valley Dehydrated Orange Slices)
Chili Powder (optional)
Ice
