TeamBonding is so inventive with their programs! They are always adding new programs and keeping current with the trends, which means I AM NEVER BORED! The events are creative and fun and great for drawing out a great team experience.

I can’t just pick one, but I truly love facilitating Beat the Box, one of our escape room style games. This one is technical and detailed, but the whole event is so well designed, clever, and tough to beat! I love to see how teams work together to solve the clues. My other favorite is iBuild! This communication game is so clever, and always brings out such unique conversation how communication is passed down in the design and execution process of any project. It is both fun, and educational for any team.

I think I’d love to have my own personal Mary Poppins with me on all events, that has a magic bag that has EVERYTHING in it, from tape, to a juggling monkey, to extra batteries. This magic bag would always have what I needed for any event.

I think my two most memorable experiences both are from leading Squad Games. The first was leading with a group of 140 people in my own town of Santa Cruz, CA. We did a giant game of Red-Light Green Light on the beach just outside the Dream Inn. With the intense music playing, and all of us in character, the group got SO into the event, and the tourists and locals stopped to watch this unusual scene unfold on Cowell’s Beach.

My other memorable experience was leading Squad Games for Netflix on the beach in Santa Barbara. As the Pink Guard music played and I stood there watching the group that brought the original show to the US walk up. With the wind whipping through my Front Man costume and the 100 people having NO idea this was about to happen, it was a surreal moment.

Oh this is so tough! I just think of the show survivor to guide my choices….I would bring flint, a giant bag of rice, and my paddleboard.
