Watching adults reconnect with their sense of play is always a highlight. There’s something special about seeing a room full of professionals drop their guard, laugh together, and rediscover joy through creativity. TeamBonding creates the kind of atmosphere where that transformation feels natural. It’s meaningful work, disguised as fun.
Shaun from Shaun of the Dead. He’s the kind of guy who surprises you. Starts the day just trying to hold things together, and ends up leading a team through total chaos (zombies included). He brings humor under pressure, keeps everyone moving forward, and somehow turns a pub into a safe zone, classic team-building energy. He’d thrive in a TeamBonding event: adapting on the fly, keeping spirits high, and proving that even everyday people can rise to the occasion when they work together.
One of my favorites was facilitating a Rescue Bear challenge with a major company celebrating their 175th anniversary. Watching a sea of professionals joyfully craft teddy bears dressed in their iconic mascot’s outfit was a delight. They were having so much fun, they gifted me one of their signature fisherman hats! The best part? Those bears went straight to a local fire department to comfort children in crisis.
A saltwater filter bottle, an inflatable raft, and an oar. I’m practical, and I like my chances of getting back to civilization. Preferably somewhere with a theater and a five-star restaurant.
“Don’t Stop Me Now” by Queen. It’s high-energy, joyful chaos, just like a great team-building session. It captures that feeling when a group hits their stride and starts having genuine fun together. Once the momentum builds, you don’t want it to stop, and that’s the sweet spot.
Always London. The theater scene is second to none, the city is rich in history, and there’s always something quirky to discover. Whether I’m catching a show, exploring a museum, or wandering through a market, it feels like the perfect creative recharge.
