Make wildlife conservation cool!
Wildlife populations have declined dramatically since 1970, making education an important part of building a future where people and nature can thrive together. In this hands-on giving experience, volunteers create an engaging wildlife conservation kit designed to help students connect with an endangered species and understand why protecting it matters.
Volunteers will learn about the impact of wildlife conservation and sustainability before filling their animal pal, designing a custom bandana, and researching key facts about their species. They’ll complete an animal care card in their own words, add an adoption certificate, and package the finished kit for delivery to a student.
Each kit combines play, creativity, and education to make conservation personal. By helping a student form an emotional connection with their animal pal, volunteers can spark curiosity, build awareness, and inspire the sustainable habits that help protect wildlife and our planet.
