Get to know Annette
I help organizations and people unlock their potential by transforming how they think, act, and deliver results in their life. Through my curriculum design, high-impact, results-driven learning experiences, I build individual and leadership capability, strengthen resilience, and create cultures where engagement and performance thrive.
My career has been a natural progression grounded in both practice and academia. I began in psychology, Training and Development, Organizational Development and Consulting, partnering with organizations of all sizes and types to address challenges. Over time, I expanded into executive coaching, large-scale leadership initiatives, and teaching at the graduate and doctoral levels. This combination of real-world application and academic rigor has shaped my approach as a true scholar-practitioner—ensuring that everything I deliver is both evidence-based and highly practical.
Yes, I bring a broad range of certifications and credentials that support my work, including certification as a professional coach through the International Coaching Federation. I am also credentialed in multiple assessment tools such as MBTI, FiroB, Thomas-Kilman Conflict Resolution, DISC, Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), and Five Behaviors of a Cohesive Team, as well as advanced emotional intelligence instruments and 360-degree assessment design. In addition, I hold a Ph.D. in Adult Education and Organizational Psychology and Development, which anchors my work in research and applied practice.
Interactive. Practical. Transformational.
I want participants to leave with clarity, confidence, and tools they can immediately apply. Beyond their insight, my goal is behavior change—helping individuals not only understand concepts but translate them into actions that improve how they live, lead, communicate, and contribute within their organizations.
Besides traveling the world, I would likely still be working in a role focused on developing people and organizations—perhaps in executive coaching or organizational strategy. My passion is being driven by helping individuals and teams grow, so whatever the role, it would involve guiding others toward higher levels of performance and impact
Communication – hands down. Most teams believe they communicate effectively, but in reality, there are often gaps in clarity, consistency, and follow-through.
I have a few. “Opportunity finds the prepared” “The only things that stops you is yourself” and “Clarity creates confidence.” When people are clear on expectations, roles, and direction, they perform better, make stronger decisions, and collaborate more effectively.
