In Tools for Schools, your team tackles fun challenges to earn backpacks full of essential gear, all while boosting communication, collaboration, and problem-solving. Team Chili Cook-Off Contest

In this fiery competition, teams start with the basics—meat and tomatoes—but to create the ultimate chili, they’ll need to barter, strategize, and tackle fun challenges to gather all the ingredients. It’s not just about cooking; it’s about creativity, collaboration, and a dash of friendly competition. As the aroma fills the air, teams also craft a brand name and marketing plan for their chili masterpiece. Judging is based on taste, presentation, and creativity, but the real win is the camaraderie and memories made.

Foodbank Showdown

In this high-energy, philanthropic twist on “The Price Is Right,” teams compete in trivia and grocery-themed challenges to earn Showdown Coupons. These coupons are then exchanged for real food items, which are packed into care packages for local families in need. It’s a fun, fast-paced way to boost morale, enhance teamwork, and make a tangible impact on your community—all in one event!

The Great Team Building Pumpkin Race

Who needs the Indy 500 when you can race pumpkins? In this quirky team-building challenge, teams design, decorate, and race their own street-legal pumpkin racers. Armed with our easy-to-assemble kits, all you need are pumpkins and creativity. Whether you go for sleek speedsters or whimsical designs, it’s all about teamwork, innovation, and a dash of fall flair. Plus, every kit is assembled by a neurodiverse workforce, adding a meaningful touch to the fun.

The racers have unique designs: one appears to have been styled like a cat, with pipe cleaner whiskers and ears. Others are adorned with checkered flags and various festive decorations. In the background, participants are smiling and enjoying the activity, clearly excited about the upcoming race.

Build Your Own Mini Golf Course

In this popular event, teams work together to build a mini golf course using tubes, pipes, lumbar, and other building supplies. Once completed, each team will select someone to play the game!
