Challenge Accepted!
The Rules:
• Each department was given $50
• Departments have one week to decorate their door
• Departments came up with their own unique, holiday theme
• Winning department chose a charity they want TeamBonding to donate to
The Planning:
Everyone was shocked at the creativity of all the doors! Sales, Production, Warehouse Team, Marketing – everyone had a blast strategizing what their door was going to look like. On judging day, we had doors themed as Candyland, Krampus, Hanukkah, Santa, Christmas Trees, and Fireplaces!
The Judging:
One of our Facilitators, Rich, came in dressed as Santa to come judge the doors. This turned into quite the event as all departments were excited to not only see one of our top Facilitators dressed as Santa, but to also present their creations!
The Winner: The Marketing Department!
Marketing actually turned their door into an office scavenger hunt and 3 rounds of prizes. Getting everyone involved in a fun scavenger hunt increased the team’s interaction for the holiday season and put a smile on everyone’s face.
(Don’t worry – everyone received a prize)
The Charitable Part:
Marketing wanted to contribute locally to a cause, so they chose the Helen Hansen Elementary School, in Stoughton, MA to donate to. Any donation to a school goes towards the children of our future.
