We received some great feedback last week, as we tweeted about communication in the work place, and how to approach #teamvampires. This week at TeamBonding, we chose to focus on understanding the qualities of great leaders. We know that in order to become stronger team members, we must identify the personal skills that we can bring to the table. #GotSkills ?
We hope that you’ll join us tomorrow, AUGUST 1st at 3PM, to discuss how your team builds leaders. We want to know how your team collaborates using the different skills each member has to offer! Before you participate, take a minute to think about the following questions:

Q3: In what ways does your team collaborate and how do you contribute to the collaboration?
Q4: What skills do you have that are unique to your team?
Q5: How can you recognize and utilize your team members strengths and skills?
