The world is threatened! An unscrupulous international corporation has developed a synthetic virus in a secret laboratory. It destroys the ability of people to communicate and work together. Each team open a series of boxes, decrypt codes and uncover the correct DNA samples to place in the analyzer in a quest to create a vaccine against a synthetic virus that will save the world.
The team that succeeds most quickly will be rewarded with fame and fortune, as well as the gratitude and recognition of the entire world for preventing a potential pandemic.
This is an indoor activity so we will need a large, private function space with a round table for each team, as well as a large rectangular table at the front of the room for event materials. Chairs for each participant are optional. A large screen and projector with an HDMI connection are necessary, and if the group is larger than 50 people we will also need a microphone and speaker setup.
This event is perfect for groups looking to:
- Recognize individual strengths
- Work within a deadline
- Think outside the box
- Collaborate and share problem-solving skills
While the boxes themselves cannot be customized, we are happy to bring your company message and images into the event and to focus on them in a customized debrief.
Our virus outbreak cooperative team building game starts with a video where you’ll learn that a few months ago a synthetic virus that destroys people’s ability to communicate and collaborate was discovered. You’ll hear the story of a group of scientists who while developing a vaccine against the virus became infected. They are now unable to cooperate and have locked away their findings.
It’s up to your team to discover the vaccine and save the world! Open the boxes to decrypt the codes and bring the DNA samples to the analyzer. Check the laboratory’s website to open the first box. A screen will display a live image of the virus under a high-powered microscope.
They must work quickly. In the room, a screen displays a live image of the virus under a high-powered microscope. Can they discover the vaccine before the synthetic virus mutates, breaks the barrier of neutral cells and the infection spreads?
