In this fast-paced experience, teams become independent news organizations, using AI collaboration tools to craft a light-hearted “breaking news” broadcast. Teams are encouraged to have fun and get creative with their fictional stories — whether they detail silly workplace scenarios or document company milestones. With roles like scriptwriting, research, image and video generation, voice synthesis, editing, and production, participants dive into human-AI collaboration, discovering how AI enhances their skills rather than replacing them.
Stories can take a humorous spin on office culture — like “Coffee Catastrophe: The Great Espresso Machine Meltdown,” where employees struggle to function without caffeine, or “The Email Reply-All Apocalypse,” documenting the chaos of an endless email chain. Teams can also tailor their broadcasts to reflect company-specific themes, like announcing bold new product launches or celebrating office expansions and employee achievements. Throughout the process, participants will think outside the box, flex their storytelling skills, and find the fun in human-AI collaboration.
Once the fictitious broadcasts hit the “airwaves,” teams share their work, swap insights on the AI collaboration tools they used, and reflect on challenges and successes. Discussions highlight AI-human collaboration in action, reinforcing how AI streamlines workflow and fuels creativity.
