Jackie is a seasoned event strategist and facilitator with over a decade of experience in corporate team building. As a Facilitator for TeamBonding, she specializes in creating engaging, high-energy experiences that foster collaboration. She earned her degree from Mercyhurst University and completed The Practical Innovator program at Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management in 2016. With a background in event production and corporate training, Jackie excels at delivering impactful experiences that inspire teams and drive connection.

I love our clients! Getting to work directly with the people, and help teams remember what makes their organization great is special. Sometimes it just takes getting out of the office (or your home office and virtual meeting room) to remember that the people you work with are SO much more than their job titles.
That’s tough because there are so many great programs! The Mystery Bus is a lot of fun because grown adults literally get on a bus having no idea where they’re going, and trust me and our team to plan to plan a great experience for them. I also love our philanthropic events, as there are so many organizations that want to live their values through giving back. Doing things like our Skate Board Builds to help our kids in economically challenged communities makes all the difference. Simply put, TeamBonding helps people live their company values, and that’s something I love being a part of.

When you see a group of kids surprise clients by running into a room to receive a charitable donation. It’s happened more than once, and there’s never a dry eye. As I answer this I’m getting little choked up and I have goose bumps. The work we do with our clients has a lasting impact, and goes so much further than the 2 hours of the event run time. In the 15+ years I’be been with TeamBonding I’ve been so very lucky to have so may of these moments.
1) A large boat – my exit strategy,
2) A fishing pole – my sustenance strategy, and
3) And a fully charged GPS system to navigate home. I’m a mom. I have to get back to my family!
