Tools for Schools

Tools For Schools program is a fun, interactive, and productive way to not only bring your team closer together, but unite them toward a common goal of helping your local community.

As a part of TeamBonding’s Corporate Social Responsibility Team Building series, the Tools For Schools program is a fun, interactive, and productive way to not only bring your team closer together, but unite them toward a common goal of helping your local community. School supplies can be expensive, especially for middle and high school students. Tools For Schools provides an easy way for your team to help make a difference in your own community.

This hands-on team building event challenges your teams to fill a backpack with vital school supplies, including notebooks, pencils, erasers, and more. But it’s not as easy as picking up the items and putting them in the bag – your teams need to earn their items through creative mental and physical team challenges that require teamwork, effective communication, and a willingness to roll up their sleeves and get involved. With so many different ways to have fun and earn supplies for the backpacks for the kids, there’s something for everyone on every team to do. The group can only be successful by working together, communicating effectively, identifying strengths of team members, and focusing on their mission – helping the children.

“Let me start by saying we absolutely loved TeamBonding’s Tools for Schools! It was light-hearted. It was fun. It gave the NPS team a nice break from reality.  Kevin, our facilitator, was wonderful and the company as a whole was a pleasure to deal with.”

“I just wanted to say thank you for a great event.  Kevin was amazing and the group had a really good time. It was quite entertaining and eye opening to see how many talented people we have in the firm! I wanted to share the feedback from one of the participants saying ‘I’m always a little suspect of team building exercises and the section came off brilliantly.”
