Danny is a Facilitator at TeamBonding and the founder of Green Camps, a non-profit focused on sustainability solutions for camps. With over 20 years of experience in the camp industry, he has managed programs at YMCA Camp Hanes and Catalina Island Camps, where he completed the Catalina Environmental Leadership Program. Danny has trained extensively in challenge courses and facilitation, accumulating over 4,700 hours of experience. He holds a BA in Sociology from North Carolina State University. Danny blends his passion for environmental education with team development and was awarded Environmental Educator of the Year in 2013 by AEOE.

Leading City Build for a fellowship cohort from the United Arab Emirates was unforgettable. The program kicked off a week focused on applying leadership lessons back home, and witnessing participants embrace the challenge with energy and determination set a powerful tone for the rest of their experience.
