Exceeding client expectations! “Team building” carries a lot of preconceived notions for folks, and it’s always fun blowing their mind a little bit!
My favorite event is definitely Beat the Box. Without giving anything away, I love seeing teams navigate the unexpected twists and turns of the challenge to eventually come together and be victorious!
I think Hermione Granger would be an excellent addition to our team. She’s brilliant, curious, and tenaciously efficient. She would be a real boon both in the office and out at events.
I was part of a Breaking Barriers program at Disney’s Coronado Springs Resort for 1,000+ participants. It was amazing to see the collaboration and teamwork from all the different parties and departments coalesce into a flawless event!
My chef’s knife, the largest can of bug spray on the planet, and…a satellite phone!
For our song I would choose Alan Silvestri’s Portals from “Avengers: Endgame.” It’s even more epic and gets me even more hyped than the original Avengers theme because you can feel all the history that came before. And with over 30 years in the teambuilding space I think it fits us perfectly!
Tolkien’s Middle Earth and more specifically, The Shire. Those hobbits have seven full meals a day! ‘Nough said!
