Get ready for virtual Minute to Win It!
Just like you’ve seen on TV, this virtual team-building activity brings creative flair, contagious energy, and team-building to life. The friendly competition is fast and fun. Smart strategy and smooth teamwork are both major factors in each team’s success, which is why the format works so well for our clients.
In advance of your big event, we provide everyone with a simple list of household items they’ll want to have on hand. Come game day, your TeamBonding MC/facilitator explains each challenge to your group. Teams then split off into virtual breakout rooms where they can strategize, assign roles, and practice their challenges. This also gives teams the chance to brainstorm ways they can dominate the competition.
The competition itself is always a memorable high point. Your facilitator adds play-by-play commentary, music, and humor throughout to keep spirits and excitement high. The winning team will come away with well-earned bragging rights. But there’ll be enough laughter, adrenaline, and positive vibes to go around for everybody.

Each participant needs a computer with a webcam, microphone and stable internet connection. This program is typically presented via Zoom. If you prefer another video conferencing platform, just let us know.

Nope. For this virtual Minute to Win It experience, we’ll send you a list of simple items you should have handy—things like dice, pencils, toothpicks, and other everyday objects. Most teams find they already have what they need at home or in the office, so there’s no need to buy anything special before the games start.
That depends on how long you want to play. Our virtual Minute to Win It games are flexible, with anywhere from 5 to 10 unique challenges ready to go. You can tailor the pace and number of games to fit a short team energizer or a longer event.
Team selection is up to you. We can assign groups randomly to mix people up and keep things lively, or you can choose the teams yourself if you have a particular setup or competitive structure in mind. Either way, Minute to Win It games, virtual-style, keep everyone engaged and laughing.
