Will you become the Head of HR?
At Big Inc., your dedicated Event Facilitator – an experienced host and comedian – becomes the VP of Operations for your time at Big Inc. For 1.5-2hrs your VP of OPS collects detailed and personal information on you and your colleagues that will be used in virtual challenges that are worth points. The New Hire – or team of New Hires – with the most points by the end of your time at Big Inc., wins!
Key opportunities for said points at Big Inc. arrive in the form of virtual challenges to become The Head of HR. The title and the points might sound nice but be warned; the Head of HR also wins PTO – the power of Point Take Over and must nominate 2 New Hires for a vote that will determine which of the two must give some hard-earned points to the HR Department. Big Inc. is the ultimate get-to-know-you event, and we know it will have you and your coworkers breaking the ice in a BIG way!

Each participant needs a computer with a webcam, microphone, and stable internet connection. The event runs in your browser, so there’s no app to download. This program is typically presented via Zoom. If you prefer another video conferencing platform, just let us know. Participants will have opportunities to use a mobile device in addition though it is not required.
