Christian brings the perfect mix of performance, play, and people skills to every TeamBonding event he leads. With a strong background in acting, improvisation, and over a decade of event facilitation experience, Christian knows how to read a room, spark engagement, and keep the energy high from start to finish.
Whether he’s hosting a fast-paced game show or leading a laugh-out-loud workshop, Christian’s goal is always the same: get teams connecting, collaborating, and having a blast. His natural charisma, quick wit, and creative flair make every event unforgettable—and leave teams feeling energized and inspired.
When Christian’s at the mic, you’re in for a great time (and probably a few surprises, too).

The best part of being a TeamBonding Facilitator is the flexibility and fun. We get the opportunity to bring dozens of different programs to a variety of groups and so we are always bringing the opportunity for enjoyment and diversions in many different ways.
I love doing the many CSR and Charity programs for the chance to give back to the community with donated bicycles and wheelchairs, skateboards and teddy bears, but my favorite is getting to bring my improv comedy experience to bear with TeamProv. There are so many elements of improvisational stage performance that translate to helping people communicate and function better in business and personal relationships.
I am going to say Nick Fury from Marvel’s S.H.I.E.L.D. since he knows a lot about bringing a team together and making on the fly decisions.
The most memorable experiences have been the many times when we have run charitable Bike Build donations and have gotten to see the excited faces of the children receiving a brand new bicycle for the first time; and getting to see the excited looks on the participants faces for that matter as they get to give the children those bikes.
Realistically a fire-starter, multi-tool, and water-filtration system but as long as we are wishing I will take my beautiful wife Olivia, a fully equipped fishing boat and a solar-powered ham radio?
This Is How You Do It by Montell Jordan
Probably Venice, Italy or maybe Iceland, but again factoring the wish aspect possibly the Court of Camelot or the Shire?
Check out the posts I've written.
