Our multi-sensory puzzle making experience combines the art of conversation, the art of puzzle assembly and art itself. It’s all designed to relax and focus the mind, leading players to naturally let their walls down. Quirky design elements paired with conversational tasks can transport your team into a magical world where creative collaboration drives genuine connections.
The puzzle is also a fantastic metaphor for a team – each member of your team can be looked at as an essential piece of a greater whole. Puzzles require perspective and patience, both of which are essential to creating and maintaining a successful team.
After a facilitator leads everyone through a quick introductory puzzle, your group is divided into smaller teams for collaboration in breakout rooms. One of their challenges is to complete a 60-piece puzzle. But that’s just a portion of an even larger puzzle. When the teams all bring their completed sections together, the big reveal leaves everyone feeling that they’ve achieved transformational through working together. And they’re right.
