Teams step into the role of remote digital newsrooms, collaborating across locations to create an entertaining “breaking news” broadcast. Using AI tools, participants work in real time to brainstorm story ideas, generate visuals and videos, write scripts, produce voiceovers, and assemble a polished broadcast from anywhere in the world.
Designed specifically for distributed teams, the experience transforms virtual collaboration into a creative production studio. Participants take on specialized newsroom roles—from creative director and scriptwriter to AI prompt engineer, editor, producer, and anchor—discovering how AI can amplify creativity, streamline workflows, and help remote teams work together more effectively.
Broadcast stories are intentionally playful and imaginative, giving teams the freedom to create outrageous headlines and hilarious workplace “news.” Teams might cover stories like “The Great Wi-Fi Outage of 2026,” chronicling the dramatic survival tactics of disconnected employees, or “Zoom Filter Gone Wrong,” featuring accidental on-camera chaos during an important client meeting. Organizations can also customize the experience with company-themed content that celebrates milestones, product launches, team achievements, or inside jokes unique to their culture.
Once the broadcasts go live, teams premiere their productions for the larger group in a virtual showcase filled with laughter, creativity, and friendly competition. Participants share the AI tools and techniques they used, reflect on their collaborative process, and discuss how human creativity and AI innovation can work together to enhance team performance. The program concludes with an engaging debrief focused on the future of virtual collaboration, leaving teams energized, connected, and inspired to bring more creativity and AI-enabled teamwork into their everyday work.
