If you can’t take your team to the track, you can always bring the virtual track to your team. And what a track it is – this remote animated team building activity is perfect to ring in the holiday season. In this fully-hosted event, each participant is given 4 reindeer and 1 nemesis to earn the most presents or end up with the most coal. While the races are fast, the event is structured to leave plenty of time for socializing, strategizing, and connecting.
Rudolph has retired, and in the Reindeer Games, it’s time to decide which of the other reindeer should take over the leading spot on the sleigh team. Your job is to collaborate with other players to pick a champion, feed her and get her ready to race. You’ll run a new race every 10 minutes, (no betting) with each taking place in its own virtual breakout room. Decisions will have to be made along the way. Will you feed your own reindeer carrots, or will you slow down other competitors by giving them pudding and sweets?
