Gabriel has 15 years of experience in sales, and developing a people capability development framework in the field of fast-moving consumer goods and working for companies such as Mars Confectionery, British American Tobacco, Red Bull, and Kellogg’s. Having the opportunity to live in five different countries, Gabriel’s interest in people development grew, and he acquired the skills necessary to lead him into becoming not only an entrepreneur, but a facilitator in his own company. Gabriel joined the Catalyst Network and established Catalyst Mexico! As co-owner together with his wife Cecilia Lopez, Gabriel is the Managing Director and enjoys bringing team building to his home country now from an entirely different, yet evolving perspective.
