Sarah Murdoch is the creative force behind much of TeamBonding’s visual magic. With over 16 years on the team, she designs everything from logos and event materials to ads, brochures—even car wraps! She works closely with the Marketing, Events, and CSR teams to bring every project to life with style.
Before TeamBonding, Sarah was a Marketing Officer at the Otago Museum in New Zealand. She holds a BFA from Alfred University and a postgraduate BFA (with honors!) from the University of Canterbury. When it comes to eye-catching design, Sarah’s got it covered.

There are so many gems, but right now I’m obsessed with The Great Pumpkin Race and The Great Watermelon Race. They’re quirky, creative, competitive and just scream “FUN!”.
Willy Wonka. Slightly unhinged? Absolutely. But what a colorful visionary!
My kindle, hydration of some sort, and a boat to get home after a few hours of R&R.
Oof, that’s tough one. My first thought is “Shiny” from Disney’s Moana. What Marketing Team doesn’t strive for a bit of glam. But look a little deeper, it’s about style over substance, and honestly, we’ve nailed both!
The bucket list is long, but right now I’d opt for Fiji. We’ve been there several times before kids, but never with them. I would love to take them to one of the outer islands for snorkeling, surfing and a boatload of screen-free adventures!
Tortilla chips and fresh salsa. Or dill pickles. The selection in New Zealand is tragic compared to the US and I’m in a constant state of deprivation. You want what you can’t have!
It will always be teleportation. What I wouldn’t give to pop across the globe for Sunday dinner with my fam!
My father, daughter Willa, and son Bowen. My dad passed when I was pregnant with my oldest and there have been countless moments when I’ve wished he could see them and experience their crazy antics. We might have a BBQ and something chocolate for dessert!
