Social Media & Community Manager

Part Time | Hybrid (1 day/week in Stoughton, MA)
M–F | 24 hours

We’re a fast-moving, collaborative, people-first team — and we’re looking for a Social Media & Community Manager who can help amplify our brand, deepen engagement, and grow our online community across platforms.

This role is ideal for someone who blends creativity with strategic thinking, loves being on social, and how to spark conversations.

You’ll work closely with the marketing team to plan content, execute social campaigns, manage our online community, and elevate our digital presence through proactive outreach and consistent brand storytelling.

What You’ll Own

Social Media Management

  • Manage day-to-day posting, scheduling, and optimization across all channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X, and YouTube).
  • Create on-brand visual and written content that aligns with marketing campaigns and company goals.
  • Capture behind-the-scenes moments, trends, and event highlights to humanize and showcase the TeamBonding experience.
  • Monitor performance metrics across social channels and report actionable insights to the Marketing Director, CMO, and COO.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales to support campaigns, launches, promotions, and events.

Community Engagement & Social Outreach

  • Community engagement on multiple platforms including reddit 
  • Actively monitor, respond to, and engage with comments, messages, tags, and conversations across all platforms.
  • Identify and engage with potential customers, thought leaders, influencers, corporate culture experts, and brand-aligned creators.
  • Participate in relevant posts, trending discussions, and industry conversations to grow awareness and build social authority.
  • Track and elevate brand mentions, user-generated content, and engagement opportunities.
  • Build and nurture community relationships to strengthen loyalty and increase organic reach.

What You Bring

  • 3–5 years in social media, digital marketing, or community management.
  • Experience with B2B social media, and content creation (influencer marketing is a plus).
  • Strong skills in Canva and CapCut Familiarity with outside design platforms, like Kimp, a plus).
  • Familiarity with HubSpot, scheduling tools, and project management platforms.
  • Ability to analyze platform data and use insights to refine strategy.
  • Comfortable on camera and confident in capturing authentic content.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset.
